2 weeks ago I've made it
gocr don't work for me and I don't even bother with it ...
Tesseract instead it's a bit tricky but works, you should configure sane to use tesseract instead of gocr...

But I'm a green hand on this field.
I wonder is there any difference between this OCR SDK which is said to allow users re-explore it according to their own requirements and the one you recommended to us?
Does anyone have any ideas?

Arron,

That thing seems _very_ Microsoft specific. It's written in C# for Windows platforms specifically, the likeliness of it running in Linux are abysmal.
I wouldn't waste my time with it.
