How to change the icons in Libre office to look like

index.php?t=getfile&id=171&private=0

Go to /lib64/libreoffice/share/config as root and replace the images_crystal.zip
After downloading images-crystal.tar.gz you have to unpack it to get the new images_crystal.zip Smile
Open Libre Office and choose the new theme.

Deptico,

For some reason I have a file /lib64/libreoffice/share/config/images_crystal.zip which is installed by libreoffice-core-4.1.4.2-3.el7.x86_64.
Just pointing out that you'll be overwriting a Base section. Smile

It`s not the same, think you will know it. I have let the "installed" .zip in the folder marked with #.zip. Smile

Last update overwrites the changes to default, so you have to redo it.

You will have to redo it every time there is an update of that package.
Not ideal.

Isn't there a way to do this in your own home directory instead?
