I`m using the nouveau-video-driver. ( video card: nvidia GeForce 9xxx )
After updating to release 1503 GDM is looking very bad and painfully for the eyes.
The font is now very blurred.
Can anybody confirm it?

Try to run "fc-cache -v -f", see if that helps.

No, it didn`t.

Btw, tried it with another video card "intel-based" and it works fine. Time ago nvidia was really good for Linux, but that seems to be truly over.

Then try to install the proprietary driver from Elrepo.
First install and run "nvidia-detect", it will tell you which kmod to use.

Good suggestion, but I prefer the Open Source driver.
GDM will not be used so often, so I can (have to) live with this "little" issue.

Actually, now that I think of it I'm also seeing decreased quality in font rendering in GDM and I'm on Intel hardware (GPU).
There has to be an explanation for this.

BTW, you can replace GDM with LightDM (or others).

LightDM is working fine.
Seems to be a bug in GDM for 7.1.1503.
