Hi,
my dvd device was wrecked, so I bought a new one made by LG.

Optical: /dev/sr0 model: HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GH24NSC0

All is playing well, except some audio cds with those fucking (sorry) second isofs for MS users.

([AutoRun]
open=rundll32.exe url.dll,FileProtocolHandler START.HTM
icon=LOGO.ICO

and some other uninteresting files for playing on linux.

Loading those ones takes about one minute and that is incredible bugging.
I have checked it not only on CentOS. LM and all the other ones are doing it in this similar way.
Searching the web without success. Sad

Maybe someone knows a way to solve it ??

No problem, thanks for your fast reply.
In the meantime I checked it with so many linux distros with the conclusion, that this trouble is generally.

Cheers

Hi,
the culprit was that cheap device from LG.
Changed it to an ASUS 48x multisession and all works fast as expected. Smile

Have a nice day
