Hi,

with recent gstreamer1 upgrade on @base, corresponding nux rpms needs to be updated to version 1.4.5.

Besides that, Firefox ESR delivered by Red Hat has been built without ffmpeg support (as the vanilla Firefox does); instead, it is still relying on gstreamer (--disable-ffmpeg --enable-gstreamer=1.0).
That being said, I believe some gstreamer1 bad/ugly plugins are needed in order to view embedded HTML5 videos (H.264 and MSE).

Thank you very much for your effort.

Hello,

Thanks for your message. I have no issues playing MP4/h264 in latest Firefox provided by EL7.
Are you seeing any problems with my packages?

Sorry for the late reply.

I can't see H.264 and MSE videos on Firefox 45.3.0 delivered by CentOS; I thought it was a matter of gstreamer plugins.

Did you perform any changes on about:config to have videos with those codecs working?

Thank you.

To be honest I did play with the multimedia flags and other stuff, alas I do not remember what I did. ..
